Announcing Our Foundations 2026 Board of Directors and Staff

Bay to Bay Youth Boxing Education Foundation is thrilled to announce the selection of our new Directors and Staff. This exceptional team brings a wealth of experience, energy, and dedication to our mission of empowering youth through boxing, education, and community engagement.

“We are excited to welcome these outstanding individuals to our team,” said Jeffrey Poritz, Founder of the Foundation. “Their expertise and passion will help us expand programs, mentor young people, and create meaningful opportunities for our community.”

Poritz was also eager to present Steven Collazo, the founding partner and long-time mentor of Poritz' boxing youth, as the new sitting President of the Foundation. Collazo commented, "While this all seems so new and fresh, in reality Jeff and I have been making this work one way or another over the past years. It's finally time to bring this all to fruition and present a true leadership Board of Directors and staff to make the whole thing flow."

The newly appointed team includes leaders in program development, youth mentorship, coaching, and community outreach, all committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for young athletes. Their combined experience strengthens our foundation and ensures we continue making a positive impact on the next generation of champions — both in the ring and in life.
