Logging in to your account is a breeze, where a secure message will be sent to the contact means that are on file and will allow you to log in. Visit the Accounts page located at the top-right on desktop, or by opening the hamburger menu via mobile access.

After logging in, you will see two menu options, "Orders & Profile."

• Under "Orders" you will see a reflection of donations and purchases made with all pertinent information associated to that transaction. You can download any single or batch donation or purchase data from this page.
• Under "Profile" you will see your submitted personal information and any store credit you might have. In this location you can also update your account info.

1. What percentage goes to the cause vs. admin costs? This is one of the most misunderstood topics in fundraising. At BTBYBF our goal is ranged-split: 65–85% → programs & our cause, & 15–35% → admin & fundraising costs
2. Is my donation funding programs directly? While you certainly have the right to donate funds towards one of our specific causes, if this cause is not mentioned our general donations cover the current needs of the nonprofit and those allocated funds are approved by our Board of Directors after our staff presents our calendarized budget and cost of business.

While it is easy enough to state that every penny counts, we can assure you it in fact any amount you graciously donate assist active, local youth in our community, and the means by which we reach them. Be it $5, $25, $50, or $100 donations to larger donations, our donor funds are allocated in such ways that focus first on current youth needs and the programs associated with those needs, as well as associated administrative costs.

Surplus funding then goes through a rigorous process of applying funds to targeting goals or upcoming fundraiser / charity events in our calendarized budget, which in many ways is a living organism that we may give back to the community in the best manner possible.Small donations or large donations are allocated in such ways that focus first on current youth needs and the programs associated with them, as well as associated administrative costs. By selecting a monthly or reoccurring donation, you are authorizing BTBYNF to withdraw the amount you set for donation on a monthly basis. Our reoccurring donation processing is always done 30 calendar days after your initial donation was made.

There is no penalty for canceling a monthly or reoccurring donation plan. In the event there is a lapse in cancellation and you require assistance with an intended cancellation of any monthly or reoccurring donation, please see our Donation Policies for how to best handle this matter.

Yes. If you make a donation of $250.00USD or more our system will automatically trigger a tax-deduction receipt for your records and that years taxes.

If you make a purchase of $75.00 or more in our shop our system will automatically trigger a tax-deduction receipt for your records and that years taxes.

If you make a donation of non-cash items for a particular fundraiser we are hosting, we will provide a physical receipt to you upon the time of your donation for those items.

Yes, we are a legitimate public nonprofit 501(C)(3). From 2023 until 2025 our status was private. At the start of the 2026 calendar year we moved our growing foundation to a "Public" status.
